Jelly Bean Pancakes

made with Gimbal’s Gourmet Jelly Beans

Gimbal's Fine Candies sent us some Gimbal’s Gourmet Jelly Beans to sample and we also created a fun recipe with them! A bonus, not only are Gimbal’s Gourmet Jelly Beans super tasty, they are gluten and allergen-free too!


Here is a simple and festive idea for Easter morning or any day you would like to make a special treat!

You will need:
Pancake mix plus ingredients listed on the box
Jelly beans

Directions:
1. Prepare pancake batter as stated on box.
2. Chop jelly beans in half or quarters depending on size.
3. Heat skillet over medium heat.
4. Spray with nonstick cooking spray, and pour batter onto skillet. Immediately add chopped jelly beans to the pancakes and cook as directed on package.  
5. Serve hot with butter.
