What you’ll need:
A pair of flip flops (any color, any size)
LOTS of small water balloons (any colors you want)
Directions:
Simply tie, using a tight knot, one water balloon after another around the strap of your flip flop. Be sure the knot is tight - I even double knotted several of the balloons, just to make sure they didn’t come loose.
Continue tying the balloons around the straps of the flip flops (all one color, alternating colors, or a pattern) until the entire strap is covere or the desired area is covered.
Wear your cute creations, I promise you’ll get compliments on them!!
**Another variation of this is to use strips of fabric. Before tying the fabric strips on, use pinking shears cut all the around the fabric. This will give the fabric a clean, cutesy look!
