It's the annual KIDS EXPO & HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST on Saturday, October 19 from 12-3 p.m. at the West Warwick Civic Center, 100 Factory St., West Warwick, RI. Featuring music, dance performances and karate demonstrations, food trucks and amazing crafters and small businesses. Plus the biggest kids Halloween costume contest in the State!
