We will review Horner and Sturmey (2012) to break apart the pieces of BST that make it effective and discuss the importance of staff training that leads to integrity within programming. Please read this article prior to attending the journal club and come prepared to learn more about effective ways to supervise and train others who are working with your clients, as well as the benefits of doing a component analysis in practice.
