Coventry Parks and Recreation Department will be kicking off the holiday season with the lighting of our nine Christmas trees and Community Center thanks to a special visit from Santa himself! Santa will arrive by fire truck thanks to Central Coventry Fire District! Pictures with Santa will be the following day. Eight trees will be decorated by the graduating class of each of our Coventry schools, one school tree will be announced as most creative that evening. There will be a ‘Letters to Santa’ craft station for children to create and write their wish list for Santa. All letters will be delivered to Santa at our Winter Wonderland event on Saturday, December 2. Rise and Grind food truck will be selling hot beverages. Come out to enjoy music by our local school choirs and help spread the community holiday cheer!
