Most Loved Local Businesses for Kids and Families in our area!
When searching for the best places in town, we often ask our friends, "Where's your favorite...?" Well, that is exactly what we are doing! We are asking all of you to help us find your favorite places around the Cranston-Kent RI area!
Here's your chance to nominate all the local businesses that you love, where your family feels welcomed, where your kids smile the most, where you always find what you need, and who you recommend to others!
Nominate your local favorites in as many categories as possible, and if you need to, add one!!
We're launching the 2024 Family Favorite Awards for Macaroni Kid Cranston-Kent RI, and we need your help!

We've compiled a list of categories and want your input on who should be in each.
Nominate your favorite businesses now! Nominations will be open from December 30, 2023, until January 14, 2024;
Then, we'll gather all the nominations and start voting on January 20, 2024.
Voting will be open until February 4, 2024.
We'll announce all the winners in a featured article during Valentine's Day!
*All businesses must be locally owned in the Cranston-Kent RI area or service the area.

Vote in at least 5 categories, and you will be automatically entered to win a
$25 Gift Card to a local business of your choice as a "Thank you!" from us!

Plus, when our winners are announced,
you get a list of GREAT local businesses that parents/guardians like you love!
*We are giving a $25 gift card to subscribers who nominate in at least five (5) categories.
*One randomly picked, verified subscriber will receive a gift card for $25 to a local business of their choice.

The top business in each category will win a Macaroni KID Family Favorite Award Package.
The winning business in each category will receive a free one-year listing in the Macaroni KID business directory, a digital badge to use on their website and social media pages, and a certificate to display at their location — plus the honor of knowing local families consider them one of the best!
The business with the most overall nominations and votes in any category
will win a three (3) month advertising package!

RULES
- Submit only one nomination ballot per email address; please nominate businesses in at least five categories.
- To nominate a business, you must be a Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI email subscriber. To sign up, click here.
- Votes with invalid email addresses will not count and may disqualify the nominee from winning. It is against policy to place a vote using any email address other than your own.
- Only the top 5 nominations in each category will be selected for voting.
- Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI families will then vote on their favorites, and one winner from each category will be selected.
- Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI will make attempts to confirm AND validate each email to ensure authenticity.
- Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI reserves the right to eliminate votes that are deemed invalid or have interfered with the fair administration of this contest.
This gift card contest will run from December 30th through January 14th,2024, at 11:59 pm CST. One winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and have 48 hours to reply and claim the prize. You MUST be a Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI subscriber and 18 or older to enter. If you are not a subscriber and submit the nomination form, you will be automatically subscribed. This is a Macaroni KID contest taking place on the Macaroni KID Cranston-Kent RI website and newsletter.
