By the time you are reading this, I will be on a plane headed to Las Vegas! The Annual Macaroni Kid Meetup is at JW Marriott Las Vegas this year and I am very excited to get away and reconnect with my Macaroni Kid "sisters" and meet all of the publishers joining us for the first time!
The Meetup is a chance for us to connect, share ideas, learn how to make the newsletter/website an even better resource for you and of course, have TONS of FUN! And most importantly, in the words of our national office, to take care of mama bear. The Meetup provides publishers with a few days each year to recharge our batteries, get spoiled a bit and enjoy some great perks from Macaroni Kid National and our Meetup sponsors. The Meetup may also include a few happy or sometimes sad tears... uncontrollable laughter, plus a side of even more laughter... and there is always a chance or two to act absolutely ridiculous, it wouldn't be complete without that!
Speaking of sponsors, if you connect with us on Facebook or Twitter, you will likely see posts about some of our sponsors, speakers and activities. You will know these posts when you see them as we will use the hashtag #MKMeetup. When you see these posts, retweet them or "like" them. Each time you do, you will be entered to win a very special prize pack featuring some wonderful products from our sponsors and a special gift from Las Vegas.
