Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp

Grilling is a summertime favorite, but we find that some people are afraid to cook seafood at home or they forget about it entirely. Here is a super simple and quick recipe for shrimp. 

Grilled shrimp can be tossed on top of a large salad for a light meal or served with a few sides, like rice and veggies. Give it a try with grilled pineapple, they are perfect paired together!

Ingredients:
2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce

Directions:
1. Combine teriyaki sauce and shrimp in a bowl, set aside.
2. Preheat a grill to medium-high.
3. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
