Strawberries with Vanilla Ice Cream and Balsamic Glaze

This simple, but slightly out of the ordinary dessert is sure to surprise, impress and please your family or dinner guests. Your favorite vanilla ice cream will be quickly transformed into a fancy restaurant-worthy dessert. This would also be great with blueberries, grilled peaches or a number of different seasonal fruits. Ingredients:Vanilla ice creamStrawberries, washed and hulledBalsamic glaze - can be made at home or found with the vinegar in most supermarketsDirections:
- Place 5 or 6 strawberries in a single serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream on top of strawberries and drizzle with more glaze.
- Serve immediately.
